This is an ONSITE position that works out of the Miami, FL (Coconut Grove) office on a regular basis.Still liking what you are reading? • Oversee daily accounting operations and accounting team
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Training and mentoring accounting staff
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Optimize accounting systems and processes for efficiency
• Assist with audits as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (bonus points for a Master's degree)
• 5+ years experience in prior bookkeeping/accounting roles
• STRONG knowledge of US GAAP rules
