this exciting role in Tulsa*
**Location: Tulsa, OK. - This is an onsite position for those
already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK**

every prospect and customer. As a Regional Sales Representative,
your mission will be to deepen customer relationships by
understanding their needs and delivering customized Onfloor
solutions that enhance their business outcomes. You will focus on
converting leadflow into closed business opportunities, and helping
existing accounts access the tools they need to grow their

Team!

How will you make an impact:
- Conducting dynamic and well-informed in person and on-line
sales presentations and product demos for potential
customers.
- Managing a high velocity sales pipeline.
- Promptly calling and following up with inbound leads.
- Proactively search for opportunities within our existing
contact database.
- Continually learn about new products and improve selling
skills.
- Attend training events throughout the year and will be expected
to participate in self-paced tutorial learning when
appropriate.
- Being well informed about current industry trends and being
able to talk intelligently about the industry.
- Becoming proficient with CRM software - and effectively using
it as a tool to support accurate and proper forecasting /
reporting.
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products
and creating targeted prospects based on learnings.
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, marketing
webinars and trade shows on request.
- Preparing written presentations, reports and requesting price
quotations.
- Providing input when required for contract
negotiations.
- Working with the revenue operations manager and sales manager
to define and execute territory sales plans.
- Developing positive relationships with other employees in
Engineering, Marketing, Product Support, Customer Service and other
departments, as needed.
- Collaborating with colleagues and supporting the overall team
effort within the sales organization, to ensure that knowledge and
expertise is leveraged throughout the sales team and sales
system.
- Contribute to constantly improving and systematizing our sales
process and expertise.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent time management, building strong and long-lasting
relationships with customers.
- Bring a high energy and a competitive sales drive.
- Enthusiastic and have a terrific work ethic.
- Ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ sales opportunities at any
given time.
- Effective communication style with strong verbal, written and
presentation skills.
- Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving
opportunities through the sales cycle, proposing, discussing
solutions with decision-makers, and closing deals.
- Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and
services that meets business goals based on client discussions.
Experience:
- 2 + years of background in sales
- Excellent customer service skills and professional
attitude.
- Strong communication skills/phone etiquette.
