Job Description:

A company is looking for a Trading Services Solutions Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and complete implementation projects onboarding new clients to the Trading Platform
Train clients on platform best practices and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Demonstrate technical expertise and solve customer concerns through cross-team collaboration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role
Proficiency in financial equations/terminology and database setup methodologies
Experience using help desk/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Passion for technology and finance
