Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager International Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and enhance global and local tax accounting processes,
ensuring accurate completion of ASC 740 tax provisions
Oversee income tax reporting at federal, state, and international
levels, collaborating with finance teams
Support strategic initiatives such as IPO readiness and tax
planning, while leading tax technology initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Tax accounting and reporting experience in a Big Four firm or
public company with SEC registrant exposure
Advanced knowledge of US GAAP tax provisions (ASC 740) and
experience managing multi-national tax compliance
Strong background in financial reporting, process improvements, and
ERP system integrations
Experience in retail or FMCG industries and knowledge of transfer
pricing and Pillar II tax rules
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud EPM and tax technology tools
