Texas Licensed Billing Operations Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the revenue cycle for multiple departments
Manage staff and analyze operational volume to optimize productivity and staffing requirements
Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and compliance with billing policies

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
11 years of experience in healthcare or medical insurance, including 3 years in a supervisory role
Previous exposure to hospital or physician billing
Preferred Bachelor's Degree
Certifications such as CPC, ART, or RRA are preferred
