Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Influencer Marketing Manager to
drive influencer marketing initiatives focused on measurable
business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a performance-driven influencer marketing
strategy primarily for the US market
Manage relationships with agencies, contractors, and influencers to
ensure aligned execution of marketing initiatives
Oversee campaign budgets and implement A/B tests to optimize
performance against key metrics
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track
record in lead generation and sales conversion
Experience in managing relationships with marketing agencies and
freelancers
Demonstrated success in the US market or other international
markets
Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign
optimization
Hands-on experience with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok,
YouTube)
