Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Engineer who
will be responsible for the architecture and development of
marketing automation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with Marketing Automation CX Strategy partners to align
marketing automation with business objectives
Develop marketing automation journeys and personalization within
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Establish and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing
automation initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing automation and personalization
development
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and
analytics tools
Experience in building and segmenting audiences with a history of
optimization through A/B testing
Experience in B2B marketing is desirable
