Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Development and Training
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire and manage training staff while developing a technician
training program and internal certifications
Lead the deployment of learning management programs and respond to
technician and customer troubleshooting tickets
Collaborate with engineering and OEMs to identify equipment
failures and develop standardized troubleshooting processes
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet maintenance with knowledge
of electric vehicle diagnostics
Minimum 2 years of experience in electric vehicle and EVSE
maintenance and repair
Must hold Master ASE Technician Certification in one of the
specified series; multiple certifications preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of technician certification processes and learning
management systems
