A company is looking for a Director, Billing Revenue Cycle
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee outsourced and onshore billing operations, including
collections and vendor management
Develop strategies to improve collection and denial performance in
collaboration with various departments
Lead the billing team, ensuring compliance with regulations and
achieving monthly collections targets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in insurance
billing, preferably in medical devices
Significant experience with Medicare and commercial payer coverage
policies
Proven experience in hiring and managing a billing team
Strong understanding of medical device billing, coding, and payment
processes
In-depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable functions within a
billing environment
