Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of OSP Fiber
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of OSP fiber network architecture and
design
Manage multiple markets with a team of OSP managers and oversee
fiber engineering vendor management
Provide planning and leadership for network growth and support
installation and activation teams on OSP-related issues
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in OSP fiber network planning, engineering,
deployment, or operations
Strong understanding of OSP fiber architecture and design in public
rights of way
Ability to build estimates and budgets for complex capital
projects
Familiarity with GIS, inventory, and capacity management tools
Experience with ESRI, Salesforce, and Oracle systems for efficient
workflow processes
