A company is looking for a Consumer Direct Manager -
Mortgage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and strategic leadership of the consumer direct
team
Identify and develop viable consumer direct lead sources
Monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for growth and
improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in consumer direct sales; 2 years'
experience in a consumer direct leadership role
Knowledge of products, lead sources, and regulatory
requirements
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Ability to identify viable consumer direct lead sources
