Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead multiple
engineering teams and oversee technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a
culture of innovation and technical excellence
Develop and implement the engineering strategy aligned with
business goals and product roadmap
Oversee the design, architecture, development, and deployment of
high-quality software solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related
field
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5
years in a leadership role
Experience in startup or enterprise healthcare, including
compliance familiarity
Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams
in a growth stage startup
Deep understanding of software development methodologies and cloud
computing platforms
