Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager II to oversee Health
Related Social Need (HRSN) referral processes and manage multiple
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support business initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and cost
of care
Gather requirements, create plans, and manage project execution and
deployment
Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders while
coordinating cross-functional meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of project management experience
Health care experience preferred
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience highly preferred
Knowledge of data terms and basic SQL functions highly
preferred
