Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager for QOI Operational
Strategy and Oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee medical record collection performance and manage project
timelines and risks
Develop quality improvements and collaborate with internal and
external partners
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to meet business
objectives
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of direct HEDIS and/or medical record review
experience
5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry or managed
care
3+ years of experience monitoring Medicaid HEDIS retrospective
projects
3+ years of experience accessing medical records via remote
access
Significant experience in operations metric analytics and
reporting
