Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Operations to drive
the development and management of call center applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance customer and agent interactions through ongoing
product evolution of the call center platform
Analyze customer needs and agent effectiveness to provide direction
on best practices and trends
Collaborate with teams to scope, design, and deliver product
enhancements and new features
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in call center product development and
management
Strong technical knowledge with a proven track record in web and
mobile innovation
Understanding of databases, API integrations, and data
architecture
Ability to translate analytics data into actionable
requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
