Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Sales Operations to
drive operational excellence and strategic planning across the
sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee sales operations, RFP response team, and cross-sell and
renewal programs
Streamline processes, implement tools, and ensure alignment between
sales strategy and execution
Partner with senior sales leadership to identify and implement
sales process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA
preferred
10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a
related field
Proven track record in a leadership role overseeing teams and
driving measurable outcomes
Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and data
analytics
Expertise in sales tools and data visualization platforms
