Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Product Design to
lead its Product Design team in creating exceptional user
experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a compelling design vision for marketplace
and SaaS products
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-impact team of Senior Designers and
UX Researchers
Drive product improvements and ensure design initiatives align with
business needs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years in
a leadership role
Proven ability to execute and iterate designs quickly using a
test-and-learn mindset
Expertise in designing for Gen Z and Gen Alpha demographics
Strong mentor and team builder, experienced in developing design
talent
Business-minded approach with proficiency in numbers and
stakeholder engagement
