Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to manage
a territory of existing enterprise-level customer accounts
throughout the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain frequent contact with customers to identify new
opportunities and encourage upgrades
Track expiring accounts to ensure timely renewals
Handle escalations and maintain updated records in the CRM
system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of sales and account management experience in IT software
or services
Experience with Salesforce.com
Dynamic, adaptable, and proactive with an entrepreneurial
spirit
Ability to speak multiple languages preferred
