you.Your PurposeBased in and around our Miami Central Station, the
General Manager, Retail Operations & Food Hall will oversee all
retail operations for the DCRE as well as lead the re-opening and
day-to-day operations of Central Fare to deliver exceptional guest
experiences, oversee concessions and team performance, and ensure a
first-class food and beverage experience that matches Brightline's
brand standards.Your Role
- Central Fare Food Hall Management: Assists in attracting and
signing new concessionaires; develops rapport with tenants;
facilitates centralized services including POS systems, cleaning,
maintenance, and security; develops operating plans; coordinates
marketing efforts.
- Retail / Tenant Relationship Management: Responsible for
overall retail operations and property management; oversees
maintenance of common areas; ensures timely financial obligations
of tenants; manages retail budget.
- Guest Experience: Anticipate and accommodate guest needs;
uphold service standards; monitor guest feedback.
- Operational Excellence: Implement operating standards and
procedures; oversee daily operations; manage inventory levels.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets; monitor
P&L; ensure accurate financial reporting.
- People Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate team members;
drive team development; ensure compliance with labor
regulations.
- Health, Safety, and Compliance: Enforce compliance with health,
safety, and sanitation regulations; address grievances
professionally.
- Vendor and Partnership Management: Evaluate concession
partners; develop relationships with vendors; manage guest feedback
platforms.
- Business Development and Strategy: Develop strategies for
events and marketing initiatives; monitor market trends; ensure
brand consistency.Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Management, or
related field (Master's preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, or
entertainment industry.
- Experience in internationally recognized venues or global
hospitality brands.
- Proven ability to curate exceptional guest experiences.
- Commercially astute with experience managing P&L.
- Knowledge of Florida labor laws and health regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Strong leadership abilities; experience with diverse
teams.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is
essential, Spanish proficiency is a plus.Combine your experience,
