Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director Clinical Program Resource
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage global Clinical Program Operations resources and
Functional Service Provider performance
Coordinate FSP performance and resource allocation while leading
process improvement and training initiatives
Partner with stakeholders and contribute to risk assessment and
operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 4 years of related experience, or Master's
degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of related
experience
Experience in life sciences or medical field, particularly in
biopharmaceutical clinical research
Previous managerial or leadership experience overseeing clinical
research vendors
Strong project, program, and resource management skills
Experience in developing goals and training plans for staff
development
