Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager -to join our team. In this role, you will manage tax engagements, mentor junior staff, and work directly with clients on various tax-related matters.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Prepare and review tax returns and filings in a timely manner.
  
• Manage client relationships by addressing questions, providing advice, and maintaining regular communication.
  
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure quality results and professional growth.
  
• Work independently to handle projects efficiently, staying organized and meeting deadlines.
  
  
  Required Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 7-8 years of continuous tax experience in public accounting.
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Tax preferred).
    
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
    
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
    
  • Proven experience leading teams and working independently.
    
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • CPA certification.
      
    • Familiarity with international tax, trust and estate tax, or high-net-worth individual tax.
      
    • Experience using ProSystems FX and CCH Engagement software.
      
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
