- The Director, Inflight will lead, plan, and oversee all aspects
of assigned flight attendant bases.What you'll doAs noted above,
this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be

including any collective bargaining obligations.
- Leads, develops, and motivates Inflight management teams across
multiple locations to drive accountability and results for base
operational effectiveness.
- Partners with the Inflight Attendance and Performance teams to
ensure that flight attendants adhere to policies and
procedures.
- Collaborates with station leadership to drive operational
metrics.
- Acts as an escalation point for flight attendants.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with local APFA reps to
reach balanced decisions for the company and the Flight
Attendants.All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications -
Education & Prior Job Experience
- Demonstrates the highest level of ethics and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant studies, or equivalent
experience/training; Advanced degree preferred, FAA certificate a
plus.
- 7 years of experience in aviation leadership; contract labor
experience preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel as necessary.
- Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and set clear expectations
for Inflight base leadership.
- Ability to build and facilitate long-term relationships at all
levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to delegate effectively and handle multiple
responsibilities, manage available resources, make timely
decisions, and understand the impact of those decisions on
others.
- Ability to demonstrate time management, multi-tasking, and
organizational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work a varied
schedule.
- Ability and willingness to remain current with industry
practices and developments.
- Mentoring and relationship building skills with ability to
manage group and interpersonal conflict situations.What you'll
