The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and overseeing compliance-related aspects of M&A transactions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, legal departments, and regulatory bodies to ensure the organization's adherence to applicable laws and standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management:

• Lead and manage multiple regulatory compliance and M&A-related programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement frameworks to monitor compliance requirements effectively.
• Establish governance structures to ensure adherence to program objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive program success.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure the organization complies with relevant industry regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, SEC, FINRA, ISO, and other global compliance standards.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and ensure timely reporting and communication.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to internal teams on regulatory requirements.
  • M&A Compliance:
    • Oversee compliance due diligence during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
    • Identify and mitigate compliance risks associated with M&A activities.
    • Work closely with legal, finance, and business units to integrate compliance requirements into M&A processes.
    • Develop post-merger compliance integration plans and monitor execution.
    • Ensure proper documentation and regulatory reporting for all M&A transactions.Required Qualifications & Experience:
      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications such as PMP, CCEP, or CRCM is a plus.
      • Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in program management, regulatory compliance, and M&A compliance in industries such as finance, healthcare, technology, or manufacturing.Knowledge: Strong understanding of global compliance regulations and risk management frameworks.Skills:
        • Excellent project and program management skills.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
        • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
        • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
        • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Preferred Qualifications:
          • Certifications in compliance or project management (e.g., PMP, CCEP, CRCM).
          • Experience working in highly regulated industries.
          • Exposure to international compliance frameworks and cross-border transactions.
