We are dedicated to delivering excellence across our diverse operations while maintaining a strong financial foundation to support our growth.We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our financial operations in a multi-regional environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, or relevant standards as applicable).
• Develop and enforce internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes for multi-region operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and resolving any findings.
• Continuously improve accounting systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor cash flow and funding to ensure operational needs are met.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management roles.
  • Experience in managing multi-regional accounting functions, including LATAM and U.S. operations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing remote, multi-cultural teams.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual is a PLUS (Spanish).Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)
