Agile Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, Enterprise PMO (EPMO) experience, and exceptional communication skills. You will play a critical role in managing large-scale projects, particularly in data-driven environments, while ensuring alignment with enterprise-level standards and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Agile projects within an Enterprise PMO framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery using Agile principles and practices.
Develop, communicate, and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Foster a strong Agile culture, providing mentorship and guidance to teams on Agile practices, ceremonies, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with senior management to ensure projects are on track and aligned with overall organizational priorities.
Manage project risks, scope changes, and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale projects.
Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to key stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Oversee and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
Ensure that best practices and PMO guidelines are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in working within an Enterprise PMO (EPMO) and managing Agile projects.
Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience with large-scale data projects is a plus.
Familiarity with Azure and Cloud technologies is a plus.
Strong understanding of PMO structures and governance frameworks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and team success.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
