A company is looking for a Community Success Manager to support
and engage students in their growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct group onboarding sessions and establish accountability from
the start
Maintain regular one-on-one communication to monitor progress and
provide tailored support
Manage a portfolio of students, fostering relationships and
ensuring engagement and retention
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer success, or account
management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Confident and direct approach to challenging student excuses
Passion for business coaching and personal growth
Ability to build rapport with diverse audiences
