Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Development to
lead corporate funding efforts and ensure financial
sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate fundraising plan
aligned with the organization's mission and goals
Manage a portfolio of major corporate donors and oversee the team's
portfolios to ensure effective outreach and stewardship
Lead and manage a team of fundraising professionals, providing
guidance and support to meet fundraising goals
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration,
or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising,
particularly in corporate giving and sponsorships
Strong leadership and management skills with experience in team
management
Experience with fundraising software and donor databases
A deep commitment to the mission and values of the organization
