A company is looking for a Director of Relationship Management -
Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategy for managing and growing
relationships with capital markets and financial services
partners
Act as the senior point of contact for key partner executives,
ensuring proactive and effective communication
Oversee the end-to-end partner journey and manage escalations to
resolve complex partner challenges
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on partner
management or account management in technology companies
Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency
ecosystem
Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives to enhance
partner engagement
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic
initiatives
Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams
