We're conducting a confidential search for an experienced COO to lead operations for a rapidly growing, multi-site specialty medical group. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of 25+ locations and physicians, ensuring clinical efficiency, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. The COO will lead department heads across operations, finance, HR, and clinical teams, while also driving strategic growth initiatives and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Direct daily operations across all clinics and departments Lead and develop cross-functional leadership team Monitor KPIs, streamline processes, and enhance patient flow Support M&A efforts and regional expansion projects Ensure compliance with healthcare quality and regulatory standards What We're Looking For: Executive leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare environment Strong background in operations, project management, and team development Proven ability to manage complex systems and deliver results This is a confidential opportunity to join a mission-driven, high-performing organization poised for continued growth.
