Boca Midtowne Animal Hospital needs an EXPERIENCED Veterinary Technician/Nurse for FULL TIME work in a friendly, team oriented environment at our established, "small animal" veterinary practice in Boca Raton, Fl. Veterinary Technician must have: - A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience working as a Veterinary Technician/Nurse with companion animals in a Veterinary Hospital. - self motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to multi task. - HANDS ON experience assisting in all phases of private Veterinary practice including: - knowledge of basic in house blood equipment - blood draws - catheter placement - Radiology - anesthetic monitoring - computer skills with veterinary software (Cornerstone is a big plus) A friendly, upbeat and helpful attitude toward clients, patients and staff is a must.
