Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Data Specialist to
facilitate chart reviews and support clinical teams in providing
efficient medical care.
Key Responsibilities
Navigate multiple Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and Health
Information Exchanges (HIEs) to retrieve and prepare patient
charts
Identify opportunities to leverage external resources for accurate
documentation
Maintain communication with physician and nurse reviewer teams and
assist in operational improvements
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare-related role
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with clinical
terminology
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn multiple technical systems
Dependable, accurate, and detail-oriented
A self-starter who can work independently without direct
supervision
