Job Description:
A company is looking for a Physician Scheduler to manage
schedules for radiologists and physician extenders in the Florida
region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation and administration of radiologist and
physician extender schedules
Generate and manage changes to the QGenda schedule and communicate
updates to radiologists and clients
Arrange emergency coverage and generate reports related to
assignments and staffing requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 2 years' experience with physician scheduling
Experience managing radiologists' schedules is strongly
preferred
Familiarity with QGenda scheduling software is strongly
preferred
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced
healthcare environment is preferred
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
