Job Description:

A company is looking for a Cardiology Coder (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Review and code cardiology-related medical records for accuracy and compliance
Ensure proper documentation and coding practices are followed in accordance with regulations
Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify any discrepancies in coding

Required Qualifications

Certification in medical coding, preferably in cardiology
Experience in coding for cardiology services
Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or coding preferred
