Other responsibilities include coordination of patient flow, ensuring quality patient care services, promotes professionalism, collaborates with healthcare leadership teams, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and provides direct patient care.What's Needed to Succeed:

Registered Nurse RN license in the state or ability to obtain
Prior leadership experience in a clinical setting
