Radiology Technologist Multiple Locations (FL) Type: On-Site, Full-TimeContract Type: Permanent / Direct HirePay Range: $25.74 $35.50 per hour (based on experience) + BenefitsSign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 for eligible candidatesLocations:Crandon Boulevard, Miami, FLBoca Raton, FL (Orthopedics-focused)Boynton Beach, FLAbout the Role We are hiring Radiology Technologists to join a dynamic and patient-centered healthcare team across multiple South Florida locations. In this role, you will deliver high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging services under physician guidance, supporting diagnostic excellence and prioritizing patient safety in line with ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) standards.Beyond imaging, you will play a vital role in supporting clinical workflowsincluding patient intake, phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs, and front-desk responsibilitieshelping us maintain efficient operations and outstanding patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging procedures across age groupsEnsure patient safety and comfort during all proceduresAdhere to radiation safety protocols and regulatory standardsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for diagnostic accuracySupport clinical workflows including:Front desk check-ins/registrationVital sign collection, EKGs, and phlebotomyMaintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiativesQualifications Education:Graduate of an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology programLicensure/Certifications:ARRT Registered Technologist RadiographyCertified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationExperience:Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care or outpatient imaging environment preferredExperience in Orthopedics or surgical imaging a plusAdditional Skills:Adaptable, dependable, and thrives in fast-paced team environmentsProficient in administrative support and basic clinical tasks (vitals, EKGs, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSchedule AvailabilityMiami: 8:30 AM 9:00 PMBoca Raton: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM (Orthopedic focus)Boynton Beach: 12:00 PM 9:30 PM'ttg Talent Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer and recruiting agency.
