Job Description:

A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their clinical recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Own full cycle clinical recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
Partner with hiring managers to support their corporate hiring needs
Develop and execute a multi-state recruitment strategy

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting
Experience in healthcare/clinical recruitment is required
Experience recruiting master's level therapists is strongly preferred
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Ability to build authentic relationships with stakeholders and candidates
