Job Summary and Qualifications The Service Line Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized, patient-centered nursing care within a specific clinical service line (e.g., orthopedics, cardiology, oncology). This RN plays a key role in coordinating care across the continuum from pre-admission through discharge and acts as a liaison between patients, providers, and the multidisciplinary team. The Service Line RN also participates in quality improvement initiatives, patient education, and program development to enhance outcomes and satisfaction. They use evidence-based practices to ensure safe and efficient care delivery tailored to the unique needs of the service line's patient population. What qualifications you will need:
  • Current Florida RN License or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions). CNOR (preferred)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree
