  • Utilize the nursing process in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Provide, assist, and supervise direct nursing care to patients, in accordance with physicians' orders.
  • Recognize nursing techniques, procedures, established standards, and administrative policies.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.What qualifications you will need:
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate's degree or higher.
    • Current State of Florida Registered RN License or recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions).
    • Current BLS Certification via American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
    • Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
    • One or more years of experience as a Level III PICU RN.
    • Current National Neonatal High-Risk Nursing and STABLE certifications preferred.HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is a 204-bed facility in Palm Beach County. Services include outpatient rehabilitation, an aquatics center, orthopedic spine center, robotics, and interventional radiology.
