Pastry Chef PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team at Cafe Boulud - Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry production and presentation, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-volume dining environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the menu design and production for the pastry department, ensuring high-quality products and presentation.
• Manage all aspects of the pastry operations, including quality assurance, cost control, and employee relations.
• Responsible for food production, including preparing and presenting menu items, managing inventory, and maintaining kitchen standards.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss food issues, ensure team communication, and maintain a positive work environment.Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, with a supervisory role.
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to read, analyze, and interpret business procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
