Life Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Life Insurance Customer Service Representative to support inbound customer service calls.
Key Responsibilities

Handle 25-40 calls per day
Assist agents with account resets, unlocking accounts, and product-related questions
Update the CRM system and perform data entry tasks

Required Qualifications

2+ years of life insurance or annuity customer service experience
Experience with Salesforce
Familiarity with RingCentral, Slack, and Google Suite (preferred)
Experience with Strike or Adyen payment systems
