JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering
customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints and
requests for refunds, exchanges, and adjustments; as well as
provides customers with product, pricing, and shipping information.
Specific duties include:
* Responding to customer inquiries both in person and over the
phone.
* Maintain system information including product pricing and
availability.
* Enter customer orders, suggesting the purchase of additional
products and providing technical assistance to customers when
needed.
* Contact truck run customers for orders and ensuring that orders
are placed on a timely basis.
* Make same-day follow-up calls to customers regarding backorders
and delivery dates.
* Actively participate in company-defined sales initiatives to
solicit potential customers, and existing customers whose sales
have declined.
* Research customer service complaints and answer customer
questions; consult with management for direction to resolve
complaints.
* Research all customer warranty and/or return requests, completing
the appropriate forms and documentation pertinent to the
problem.
* Track shipments as necessary.
* Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

following qualifications:
* A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* At least one year of customer service experience is required.
* Proficiency in computer and phone skills is essential.
* Strong customer service skills are preferred.
* Previous sales experience is advantageous.
* Bilingual proficiency is required.
* Motivation and capability to acquire product knowledge, enabling
the specification and recommendation of suitable products to our
customers.
