Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Recruiter (Contract) to support
high-volume recruitment efforts across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to build field organizations and
target high-performing candidates
Support high-volume recruiting for non-exempt roles across multiple
markets
Develop effective interview plans and conduct training for hiring
managers
Required Qualifications
4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both
agency and corporate settings
Experience managing a 30+ requisition load in a high-volume
environment
Proven ability to prioritize and close jobs against tight
timelines
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to
interpret data for recruiting strategies
