Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Train Business Solution customers to achieve active product usage
through individual and group sessions
Follow up with existing customers to support product adoption and
inform them of new features
Monitor customer usage during trial periods and report feedback for
product improvements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of proven experience in remote training and support
Experience in high volume account management
Proficient with SharePoint, MS Teams, and WebEx
General proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and
PowerPoint
BA/BS preferred, with experience in relevant industries such as
optical, SaaS, or healthcare
