Job Description:
A company is looking for an AV Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-field product support to customers via phone and
email
Perform remote troubleshooting for network-related issues
Develop and refine back-end software and manage unresolved
tickets
Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in installing or
troubleshooting technical products
1+ year of hands-on experience with Control4, Savant, or Elan
systems
1+ year of excellent customer service experience
Experience with computer, software, and network troubleshooting
Availability for all days of the week, including weekends and
holidays, and participation in on-call rotation
