Job Description:

A company is looking for a DB2 LUW/SQL Server System Database Administrator.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage IBM DB2 LUW and SQL Server database systems, ensuring their integrity, availability, and performance
Implement backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes for database systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in systems development, analysis, programming, or testing
Experience in IBM DB2 LUW database systems administration, including installation and upgrades
Proficiency in automation scripting using tools like PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
Experience with SQL Server installations and management tasks
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field, or equivalent experience
