Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel,
Regulatory Affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute legal services and support for the regulatory affairs
organization
Drive implementation of new legislation and counsel senior
management on regulatory matters
Provide legal support for regulatory issues and collaborate with
legal and compliance departments
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree
Current license to practice law in one or more US jurisdictions
5+ years of legal experience
2+ years of experience in managed care litigation, health parity,
or healthcare insurance
Extensive experience with written communication to regulatory
agencies
