Job Description:
A company is looking for a temporary Paralegal / Legal Assistant
to join their team through the end of 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Verify the accuracy and reliability of data for fully executed
contracts
Organize and standardize contracts transferred from the merger
Assess the status and validity of contracts that have not been
updated recently
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in contract management and/or database
reconciliation
Bachelor's degree
Experience with contract review and identifying potential risks
Proficiency in data entry and database management
Familiarity with contract management systems is a plus
