Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel, Retail and
Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Advise cross-functional teams on commercial transactions related to
Retail and Supply Chain
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts including
MSAs, SaaS agreements, and NDAs
Support the company in solving complex legal issues and advise on
general legal matters
Required Qualifications
J.D. and active member of a state bar in good standing
At least 8+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex
commercial agreements
Advanced understanding of commercial concepts and superior
negotiation skills
Experience advising clients in technology or healthcare sectors
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
