Job Description:
A company is looking for an Incident Response Specialist to join
their global incident management team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and improve ITSM processes related to Incident, Problem,
and Change Management
Work with stakeholders to ensure process adherence and respond to
escalations as part of an on-call rotation
Identify and manage risks while proactively reporting on design
deficiencies and operational risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Project Management, or
related field, or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience with ITIL based processes
Solid understanding and use of tools to automate processes or
report on data (e.g., Jira, PowerBI)
Proven experience in a relevant field and/or a degree in related
technologies
Hands-on experience in core focus areas
