Job Description:
A company is looking for a Founding Demand Generation Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own MQL and PQL metrics, ensuring accurate
representation in dashboards
Visualize funnel performance to identify growth initiatives and
resource allocation
Lead the creation of a named accounts list to strategically expand
the sales pipeline
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in demand generation in a fast-growing
startup, preferably with a PLG background
Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and
familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
Experience in designing and executing A/B tests to optimize
campaign performance
Strong project management skills with a history of driving
measurable results
Ability to interpret data to optimize demand generation
strategies
